Family name research

Greetings from the Prairies: I am trying to collect information about my family who lived in the Wallace area in the late 1800's into the 1950's. Some of the children attended local schools in the Wallace area: how can I gain access to their names in rolls of attendance? Does anyone remember the family of: Sarah (nee: Rhindress) McFadden? Also, my Father went to sea when he was a young man. He spoke of sailing from the Wallace ports. Where can I obtain names and voyages of schooner ships from that era? I suggest you visit the Genealogy Reference Sites page on this site and contact other sources. This site was set up for the 2008 Loyalist Reunion and is not a resource centre. Good luck in your search. Ellen 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
